My Opinion

It is human nature to make mistakes and bad choices in life if you are hungry enough and are just trying to survive in this world.  We all have made bad choices before for we are not perfect.  HOWEVER, in Heather’s case she had the LUCKIEST BREAK OF A LIFETIME when she met Sir PAUL and he fell in love with her.  With his love and marriage and under his protection, all the past mistakes of her youth were atoned and forgiven!  Sir Paul lifted her up to his side and status, and gave her most respected and prestigious name accompanied even by a ‘Lady’ Title… and she threw it all away!!!   She threw His love away!!!   
Sir Paul literally laid the world at her feet with a red carpet and gave her all on a silver plate.  He gave her the most precious gift of his love, but she did not nurture the flame enough to keep it going by corresponding with respect, care, comprehension, companionship and love.  Even the most wonderful love can not survive with out those basic components.   
  
Sir Paul gave this marriage his best shot and tried to keep the love going and alive for as long as he could.  He issued open invitations for Heather to love him with his actions, and they are also written all over his songs. It is obvious how much he wanted the marriage to work.  It is not his fault it had to end; some things are just not meant to be.  Some people call it ‘Karma’, some call it ‘Fate’ or ‘Luck’, some people call it ‘Blessings in Disguise’, some people call it just plain ‘Life’.   But there is always something good coming out of any mess. There was chaos in Paul’s life but wonderful creations came out of it like the miracle of little Milly and all those great and lovely songs he wrote in his C&C collection.      
  
When Sir Paul married Heather, he was very much in love and open for a second chance and true happiness. It was plain for all to see!  All he wanted in return was love, understanding and companionship. Sir Paul did his part!  
  
BUT, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and I just know that happy times filled with joy, music, laughter and love will return to stay for Sir Paul.   A Shining Star may be temporally covered by dark clouds but it will keep on shining through no matter what….and Sir Paul is still shining away as strong as ever!  
  
We can’t help but love him more and wish him the very best!   
  
  
  
About  Heather’s  Newspaper  Treatment:  
  
Her ‘colorful’ past is not the real reason why she is disliked so much!  Whatever she did in her past is all water under the bridge and is no one’s concern.  The real reason the public doesn’t  approve of her is because of all the things she has done directly and indirectly to hurt  Paul and his family!!!    The public can’t feel much sympathy for her because she did not care enough to try to make him happy for the rest of his life.  She did not value the gift of love she was given.  That’s what is not acceptable!    
  
The saddest part is that she could have had it all.  Her story was every girl’s dream: the literally poor rag girl rescued by ‘Musical and Talented’ Prince Charming and made into a princess with a happy and forever and ever future for the rest of her life…if only she had wanted it and nurtured it enough to make it last!  Heather  literally “took her lucky break and broke it in two”.  
Under Sir  Paul’s love and protection she had a clean slate to start building her new life,  yet she did not appreciate it enough and she trampled and walked all over it!  She did not value his love and his music and threw it all away and that is what’s unpardonable.  That is why she is getting such a public treatment and why there is not much sympathy for her!   The public loves Sir Paul for all that he has done directly and indirectly to make our world more beautiful and better.  There can’t be much respect for some one who has treated and hurt Sir Paul in such a way 
 
If Heather had been any smarter, she would have earned the world’s adoration and devotion too, just by treating Sir Paul right and making him happy the way Linda did.  Many of us started out resenting or disliking Linda for whatever reasons, but eventually ended up loving and admiring her!  She proved to us through time and space that her love for him was real and true! By loving him and making him happy Linda won us over!  With her simplicity, her unaffected ways and her easy going self she earned our admiration and respect! 
  
Heather had the same chance! That’s all we really wanted her to do too!  Because Heather entered into Paul’s life at such a sad time, many of us were ready to give her the benefit of the doubt, believe in her and accepted her in his life.  We were grateful she had come to brighten Paul’s life after his sad loss!  We wanted him to be happy again, so she became some kind of heroine.  Personally, the day of his wedding, I kept track of the minutes and hours all day long (counting the time difference from here to there of course) and praying all day for him to be happy.  I even prayed for rainbows to show up and brighten their day at about the same time as their church wedding was happening.  Then, later on, I read it had been raining that day and through out the church ceremony, but by the time they came out of the church already married, the rain had stopped and there was a rainbow greeting them.  I loved it!  I felt it had been my prayer for his happiness come though and took it as a good omen!  We (the public and all that love him) all wanted it to work out so!!! 
  
We, the public wanted to love Heather and accept her for Paul’s sake and happiness.   SO, why did the public end up loosing respect for her?  Why are the newspapers going after her?  The answer is simple: Because of the way she hurt and treated Sir Paul.  Life is a circle and if you give love, love comes back to you.  But there was just not much love from her part to Sir Paul, and it became more and more obvious through time, her actions, and her comments in TV guest appearances and interviews.   The public could tell there was trouble in paradise just by listening to the lyrics of most of his ‘Chaos and Creation’ songs!   
  
By separating from her Sir Paul did not cause her downfall.  She caused it to herself with her direct and indirect life’s actions. She could have chosen to be happy and stay by his side for the rest of her life, basking under his loving touch, but she chose not to. 
It is very clear for all to see:  Sir Paul wanted to ‘give her all’ as sang in ‘Silly Love Songs’ but she could not learn to love him enough to “give it all” back, nurture the love and keep it going forever.   
  
  
  
The Future: 
  
Please, we must stay positive for Sir Paul and remember that whatever happened in her past is all water under the bridge.  No one is perfect so please we must not dwell in the past but instead choose to keep only the wonderful happy memories in our hearts  (and there are plenty of them), and throw the ugly rest to the river to float away with the past.  Beside, Sir Paul and Heather’s life is really theirs and only theirs.  
  
Sir Paul has always been strong and has used his talents and strength to benefit the world around us. Directly and indirectly  Sir Paul has showered us with love through out all our lives, and thus has improved our quality of life.  He has made our lives beautiful!  What we can do to help is pray for Sir Paul and send him our best vibes and thoughts through time and space, just to return some of the love he has given us.  This will help Sir Paul to ’smile away’ again and again and hopefully for ever.  
  
Life is all about conquering trials and tribulations and learning to be happy and at peace in the meanwhile.  Sir Paul has captured it all perfectly with his music in the lovely heart breaking song ”How Kind of You”.  At the end of the song Sir Paul wrote a gut wrenching yet totally awesome instrumental part I just love so. It is like a prayer to the Heavens.  During this part, it is like one’s soul is all lost on a journey, walking through the very dark tunnel of life filled with trials and tribulations at every step.  The soul is anguished, lost and wondering in the darkness, crying out to the heavens in sadness and loneliness, with longing and despair…  and then,  suddenly,  there is a wonderful light at the end of the tunnel!  The lost soul is finally released and flies away happily and care free, straight to the blue heavens, the immensity ahead, redemption and forever peace and happiness.   
  
Sir Paul (and many of us) may be feeling like that lost soul now, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and much love and happiness awaiting him in the end.          
  
Indeed “Love is Strange” as Sir Paul once wrote, but it is still wonderful and amazing.  Life is awesome!  We must never stop believing it!   Now, the only way to go is moving forward for we all have the World awaiting us as always.  “So Come On People…”
