Heather should get just what she had when she entered the marriage, regardless of whether or not there was a prenup.
If Paul decides to give her anything beyond that, she should take it and be grateful…she did nothing to deserve it other than have his child which plenty of other women would have loved to have done without asking for a 3rd of his net worth. Shame on you Heather…shame on you.
